It is also a place where you can get good, common sense guidance that will assist you in fulfilling your goals of immigration into the United States.

GOOD ADVICE

These are the Ten Commandments of Successful Immigration:

1. Thou shall always make certain that you have all the facts at your disposal.

2. Thou shall always provide all information as requested.

3. Thou shall never lie on any of the forms provided.

4. Thou shall always follow through will all required steps.

5. Thou shall always be on time with any application or forms required.

6. Thou shall always be persistent in your attempts. Persistence brings success.

7. Thou shall always be respectful towards all immigration authorities.

8. Thou shall always keep copies of everything that is sent to immigration authorities.

9. Thou shall remember that if it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't.

10. Thou shall memorized these Commandments and obey them without fail!

• In the last decade, 75% of all immigrants entering the US settled in 6 states: California, New York, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, and Illinois.
  

• Over 20% of the population of California are foreign born!
  

• In 1992 21 million people came to the United States as guests.
  

• Without immigration, John F. Kennedy may never have been President of the United States - since his parents were immigrants!
  

• The star of "I Love Lucy", Desi Arnaz, was an immigrant from Cuba.
  

• Albert Einstein, Dan Rather, Mario Andretti, Henry Kissinger, William Shatner (Star Trek's Captain Kirk), Neil Young, Elizabeth Taylor, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are all foreign born Americans!
