CONSULTATION OPTIONS:

You can come to my office in Clearwater, Florida, and meet with me personally.
If you are unable to come to Florida, we can conduct the consultation via standard telephone connection. If you are in the United States we maintain a convenient toll-free phone.
We can also conduct the consultation on-line on the Internet. We provide the necessary Internet phone software at no charge.

CONSULTATION FEES:

The consultation fee is US $150.

Cash - You may pay by cash only if you are visiting me in my Clearwater, Florida Office.
Check - You may pay by check (cheque) if the check is drawn on a US bank. Make all checks (cheques) payable to the Law Office of Joan Mathieu.
US or International Money Order denominated in US Dollars only made payable to the Law Office of Joan Mathieu
Bank-to-bank Wire Transfer - You can arrange to forward your payment via wire transfer by selecting this option in the form below. Instructions and transfer codes will be sent directly to your email address.
Credit Card - We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
