I have dedicated this page to my fellow legal practitioners around the world who recognize that clients' needs are often multi-faceted. This is especially the case in the area of immigration law. Imagine a non U.S. citizen client who wishes to invest in a U.S. business. The client will have U.S. immigration concerns in addition to needing legal advice in the area contracts, real property, employment and business law, taxes, to name a few. As a result, the client will often use more than one attorney in structuring and running the U.S. business.

If the client's various attorneys are working together as a team, or are at least in communication with one another, then the client's needs are better served. This is the case because a legal decision made in the area, say for example corporate law, may affect the ability of the client to maintain the desired legal immigration status. Further, if the client is able to analyze the total legal package for the U.S. business, the client is an a better position to judge the strengths and weaknesses of the business plan for the U.S. business. The client may also be better served if the attorney is able to provide the client with information about law firms that the client may wish to interview in his/her individual case.
